  Ingredients
  Brownie
  
    - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 
    - 1/4 cup cocoa powder
 
    - 1/4 tsp salt
 
    - 3/4 cups brown sugar
 
    - 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
 
    - 1 eggs and 1 egg yolks, room temperature
 
    - 1 Tablespoon honey
 
    - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
  
  
  Frosting
  
    - 1 and 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
 
    - 1/2 cup heavy cream, room temperature
 
    - mini m&m's
 
  
  
  
  Directions
  For the brownies:
  
    - Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
 
    - In a large mixing bowl sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Set aside.
 
    - In a separate bowl whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until homogenous.
 
    - Add the eggs, honey, and vanilla extract and whisk until combined, about 1 minute.
 
    - Stir in the dry ingredients until no clumps of flour or cocoa remain.
 
    - Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out mostly clean.
 
    - Allow the brownies to cool.
 
  
  
  For the frosting:
  
    - In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips, whisking constantly to make sure they do not burn.
 
    - Slowly pour in the cream, whisking constantly until smooth and combined.
 
    - Pour over the cooled brownies and sprinkles with mini m&m's.
 
    - Let set for 20 minutes.
 
    - Chill brownies in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
